We recommend you attend at least 3 - 4 programmed Large Group Coaching Sessions throughout the week to ensure you receive the best results. Monday - Strength - (Yoga 19:40pm) Tuesday - Strength Wednesday - Sweatbox (boxing cardio) Thursday - Strength Friday - Strength & Conditioning Sunday - Yoga
